- I am a 51 year old woman from Ontario Canada who in just the last little while is learning more about herself as she discovers more about Wicca and Pagan religions. I have found peaceful contentment in the practices that I have so far read and learned about. I expect those feelings will deepen as I continue to grow.
I love to have fun, laugh and make new friends. I am fiercely loyal to those I care about . But I have a temper when angry and will show it . Though my anger is usually short lived. I will hold a grudge depending on circumstances. But I am learning to be more forgiving so I can move forward .
I have a inner child who peaks out once in a while and I will never hold that back.

On the Wicca side I , so far , have found a liking for books by Scott Cunningham.

- Hobbies
- In the winter I like to sit and crochet afghans and sometimes scarves that can be turned into hooded scarves. Helps me when my hands hurt from a bit of arthritis to keep them moving.
I have a interest in glass fusing though haven't gotten right into the hobby as it can be expensive what with cost of different colors of glass and the tools to make things.
I love to paint ceramics and this is evident in the about 100 pieces of bisque I have in a back room ready to be painted.
- Heroes
- My Dad. He was a good man who helped raise 5 kids and worked more than one job to do so. I loved him very much and though it has been many years since he passed away I still miss him like it was yesterday. I still shed tears when I think of him.
- Likes
- Like to drink different teas. Right now I am indulging in a cup of Rooibos tea. In my cupboard is at the very least 25 different kinds of teas both bags and loose leaf. Gunpowder (yes it is a tea), green tea, cinnamon tea, black tea, white tea, sassafras tea, Darjeeling etc etc
I like to take walks in nice weather though I really need to get out and do it more often.
I like to look at the interesting shapes of the trees after they shed their leaves. Touch them and wonder all they have seen in their lifetime. I wonder at their age, how long it took them to be so tall
I love looking at the colorful sunsets and sunrises. The colors are so vibrant and clear.
I love to see the Northern lights in their shades of green with hints of blue or pink in them. Though it has been a while since I saw that, since driving across the Canadian Prairies.
I love to watch the squirrels hunting for nuts at this time of year (autumn), the birds finding winter homes in the compactness of some evergreen trees.
I love nature, its mysteries. We could learn much from it

I love thunderstorms, the wilder the better :)

- I dislike two faced people.
People who throw their garbage out car windows.
Motorboats on small lakes, disturbing the serenity.

I can relate to a good gun powder green tea, but am more often found with your simple Early Grey or Ceylon Orange Pekoe. But give me a new Chai to try and I'll be there.... all hairy teas are worth at least one try.
