Favorite Books: I'm a book worm. The list is endless, but if it's old, chances are I've read it or would like to. Oh, and I'm always open to suggestions as far as good reads go.

Beliefs / Practices: Occultist, Pagan, Witch, Mystic

Other Beliefs/Practices: I know it's for the purpose of "letting people get to know you" but I don't like the whole "put yourself in one box" thing. To be honest, I come from a long line of Southern Baptist preachers. I grew up in one of those "good Christian families." *rolls eyes* I've studied Islam and Buddhism as well as Christianity, but all of them make me feel as if something is missing. So, I'm searching for where I "fit in". Where that is exactly, I don't know yet. *UPDATE* I HAVE now found my path! Guess what?!? It's a magickal one! *SMILE*

Hobbies: Being a book worm. Writing (both fiction and non-fiction). Constantly searching for new knowledge. Religion in all its forms fascinates me. Hangin' out with my kids. Painting/drawing. Listening to every range of music out there.

Likes: A hot cup of capuccino on a cold day, music, long hot bubble baths, glittery stuff (yeah I'm a girl, and?), things that make me think and see the universe in a new or slightly different light, flowers, butterflies, when my kids smile, the night sky.

Dislikes: When I get up in the middle of the night and I stub my toe on something bc I'm doing that "not-yet-coherent-like-a-drunk" walk on the way to the bathroom in the dark.

Responsibility...

Yuck. As anyone who is my friend knows this morning, I'm fighting a cold. I don't get sick very often, but my goodness! when I do. I feel horrid this morning. So why am I going to the trouble of writing a blog entry when I should probably be in bed? Once again, it's that "being compelled" feeling again. *sneeze*

Giggling is good for the Soul...

Really it is! *smile* I'm always at a loss where to start when I write anything. Sometimes I simply have too much to say, so I have to reign in my natural urge to say too much.
