An ancient tree lover, a deep sea dreamer, I drink the Moon and eat of the Earth and give birth through song and story to stars, that dart across the universe spreading love and light.
With the keyboard of my trusty computer and Gwendolyn, my Celtic harp , I awaken joy and remembering.
Sweet and soulful, my new album Honey and Holy Water flows with urgency and wonder. The honey bees are disappearing. The oceans are in peril. It’s been 40 years since Woodstock (the only cover tune on the disc). Will we make it "back to the garden" before the jig is up? From the fun and funky re-creation of the trad tune Drowsy Maggie to The Wild Ones’ heartfelt plea for preservation, through the broken-open love song, Where the Emptiness is Full, this album navigates mystery and loss with purity and grace while encouraging us to cherish what might yet be saved.

- Playing & creating music (it's my profession too) hiking, swimming with wild dolphins, lake and ocean swimming, reading, writing, wildcrafting, making herbal medicines, dancing, dreaming, doing yoga.

- The moon, the night sky, especially from a Hawaiian lanai, whales & dolphins, the scent of the forest, chocolate (although I rarely eat it!), celebrating the seasons, children, walking barefoot on the earth.
- Dislikes
- Linear time, driving in extreme traffic, cruelty & exploitation, the smell of liver cooking.

Here in the Cave - Awaiting the return of the light
Here in the cave it is cozy. A fire burns in the stove and night enfolds me like a pair of flannel pajamas. Here in the cave it is silent. The phone does not ring, the traffic stops.
