We are a group of dedicated Pagan parents, couples and specialized singles who come together to practice and expand our magic as well as hold group rituals for the sabbats. We are interested in various forms of spellwork and actively practice magic with the aid of our children. Our ritual format is based around the seasonal cycles and celebration of the best and merriest aspects of those changes. We work as a coven, an extended family and a group of friends for furthering our knowledge and traditions as Pagans, magic practitioners and families.
We get together for monthly meetings and workshops plus sabbat celebrations. We are open to everyone's talents and we accept all ages and experience levels.
The Orbis Prosapia is accepting applications for new members within the Clinton, Lycoming and Union counties of PA. If you're interested, contact us here for an application.
Favorite Books
Bookworms abound! Favorites include fantasy-fiction, mythology, spellbooks and classical occult texts.
Beliefs / Practices
Occultist, Spiritual but not Religious, Pagan, Witch, Wiccan, Satanist, Mystic, Shaman, Other Spirituality, Native American Spirituality, Heathen, Druid
Other Beliefs/Practices
We are open to all personal beliefs so long as they include honor to the natural world. One's patron Gods and/or chosen pantheon (or lack thereof) are intimate choices and, while they can be discussed and expressed within the group, they are not limited nor directly attributed to the group. What is important is a drive to learn from one another, partake in group experiences and ritual, and be part of a strong local Pagan community.
Our magical practices are varied, from basic to advanced, from old European to modern to Native American. We do not restrict the kinds of spells, nor the desired effects of spells, that may be practiced by members.
Hobbies
We enjoy spending time with each other both as a formal group and as a group of friends.
Individually we enjoy reading, writing (fiction, non-fiction, short stories, spells and poetry), hiking, swimming, houseplants and gardening, sewing, stones and crystals, herbs, tarot and other forms of divination, role-playing games, camping, travel, cooking and baking, music, drinks with friends, video games and plenty more.
Heroes
We all look up to someone. May they inspire us all to be the heroes in someone else's life.
Likes
Honesty, courage, knowledge (and also the strength to admit when you *don't* know), creativity, interest, excitement, self-discipline, genuine people, a sense of humor, good times and fun.
Dislikes
Phonies. We all have something worth flaunting. There's no need to make things up.
