William Blake

William Blake has a very interesting mythology. I only stumbled upon it when I randomly found his "The Book of Urizen" which is basically a creation myth. Has some interesting concepts. Urizen is essentially "stagnant Order" embodied, a being cut of from Eternity. There are many references to "the void" also. I plan on reading The Book of Los and The Book of Athania. It seems Urizen would be oppositional to the concept of a Chaote, so its hard to view him as "good". But I plan on looking more…See More
