About Me:: I am still searching... wandering the path alone... and I'm sick of it !!! I must connect with someone of a like mind and am reaching out in hopes of doing so. I have always been enchanted with other religions and spiritual beliefs. As a child my father tried to instruct me in the ways of some native american spirituality, but this was swiftly squelched by my southern baptist mother. What I learned was spoken in whispers or silent glances. He taught me to feel the earth, respect her, and trust my instincts, (there is no one god). He also taught me how to heal myself and others, however, as I grew older I was literally cast out of a few homes because I was a "witch", (which I cannot claim). This caused me to turn my back on what I had learned, but that could not last for long. My thirst for more has driven me to explore other religions, beginning with rosacrucion, voodou, hinduism, wicca, and native american shamanism. I welcome any suggestions anyone may have for someone like myself, simply searching for all the missing pieces.
