Welcome to "One with Nature". A group where you can share your nature photos, view other members' photos, or just appreciate the beauty that is nature.
I was flipping pages from an old notebook and came across this joke I saw on a site somewhere and had to write it down, hope you like it... Peace.
Bishop says to the Pope: I have good news and bad news.
Pope: What's the good news?
Bishop: God is ...

About Me:
Well, I suppose I'm a teacher and a student of life, mostly about nature....gathering knowledge and wisdom along the way. I consider myself an amateur Naturalist, studying plants for wild edibles and medicine if needed during a hike or a camping trip, or while practicing primitive survival skills.
On all the roads I've been on, I've never found anyone quite like me, I know everyone is different, perhaps I'm too "out there" as they say, perhaps "I'm the only one of it's kind and when my time comes to perish, a race will be extinct."
It's hard to find casual or deep conversations with my regular friends, they just won't understand most of my subjects and give the usual programmed religious response's. But they're still good people so I hold back, sometimes, and give them respect.
It's all good, I manage, one day at a time... at least the trees understand...lol.
Favorite Books
I've read many books on many subjects and have a decent amount adding up. Just a few include, The Prydain Chronicles by Lloyd Alexander, Identifying and Harvesting wild edible plants by Steve Brill, Wilderness Survival by Tom Brown,
Witchcraft Theory and Practice by Ly De Angeles(I love her poetry and how she puts things into perspective), and many other pagan/occult books and magazines...
Beliefs / Practices
Occultist, Spiritual but not Religious, Pagan, Witch, Wiccan, Mystic, Shaman, Other Spirituality, Native American Spirituality, Druid
Other Beliefs/Practices
I usually live and let live, take responsibility for my actions and think before I do, I don't hold grudges because each day is different for everyone, I try to let things go before getting angry, instead of letting them grow and fester, and usually avoid debates on Religion, sports, and politics with muggles and those stuck "inside the box" or programmed by society. It avoids the talk turning into an argument.
Hobbies
I play electric guitar and some acoustic, read, write poetry or songs, study nature, forage plants to eat or make tea, go hiking, camping, biking, photograph nature and animals, play video games, surf the web, collect gemstones, attend to my veggie and herb garden, cook and bake, and rip knots out of my long hair.
Heroes
Anyone who protects nature, picks up trash, helps others, teaches respect, and volunteers for something good, like maintaining trails, or parks and such.
Likes
Forests, streams with crayfish, ponds, sometimes the beach with no people, Birch tea, pine needle tea, sassafrass tea, wild berries, fields of plants and flowers in bloom and butterflies darting about...love all nature, exploring haunted houses or creepy wooded areas, cemeteries, meditating by the creek or in a grove of tree's, etc.
I love many forms of New Age music, but also Classical, Rock, classic rock, 80's stuff, old school Metal, and various forms of Goth, also wierd stuff I can't classify, but mostly new age like David and Diane Arkenstone...
Dislikes
Cities, disrespect, rap and most country music, bad attitudes, destruction of nature, modern ways of society and its programming of life.
How did you find PaganSpace?
Surfing the web looking for cool pagan sites... guess I found one.

Thank you for your kind response and welcome. I will join in as often as possible, I have more pressing issues right now with health matters, but will love to share when I can.
I know how you feel.... I like a little unordinary all the time.
And the player embed lists... well they can be difficult to fine tune.
There is an embed player with the PSpace... it's a quick time player... I did use for a while to post tunes that i wanted to listen to... but you had to click each and I figured others weren't gonna do that... so I took those off in favor of a few vids and such...
But we'll have to get together and share our musical insights sometime!
Hi there, checking in to see how your Garden is doing this summer? Mine is hanging in there with all the darn Japanese Beetles we are having this summer. I'm appalled to say the least. Within 2 hours I trapped about 30 of them in a Beetle Trap. I'm so worried about my Basil, Roses and Veggies :( Having set-up a couple of Bird Feeders, seemed to have helped feed the Birdies from the Japanese Buffet as well, but how many Birds does it take to kill the Japanese Beetle Nation?! HA! At least I got to the Raspberries before the beetles could :)
Hope you had a most magical weekend!
