About Me:

I'm short, sweet and to the point, literally and figuratively. I'm spunky, sassy, and sometimes a big sap. lol. I love to laugh. My closest friends are my world second only to my soul mate and future husband. I love family and exchanging old memories...hence the sap. lol. I live at the beach and never want to leave. I'm a free spirit and tend to go with the flow. If I hold you near and dear, then I'll bend over backwards for you...but I can and will only do so much FOR you. I believe one needs to do for one's self for anything to truly change in their life. And personally, I'm still trying to get my life together, so there's only so much I can give to you for yours before I get tired and quit. I've been used by too many people in my life that "cared about me" to stick around for it anymore. This may not sound very caring but for me it's self preservation, once you've been let into my heart, I'll hold you there until you decide my friendship is disposable. Life is too short to for me to still be a doormat for those I hold dearly.

Favorite Books

Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time Series...and just about everything else in the fantasy genre. I love to research art and art history. I also love to read anything I can get my hands on that has to do with spirituality, belief systems, divination, and different pantheons.

ART! I love to create and working with my hands. I also love kids. I'm working towards combing these two loves and turning them into a career...future art teacher in the making!

Heroes

My moms (yes I have two!), my dad and my future husband. Without them and their support, I wouldn't be the woman I am today.

Likes

Books, animals, kids, art and nature. I love a good intellectual discussion. I love to learn about different belief systems, especially from those that follow that particular faith.

Dislikes

People that lie and people that are hypocrites.

Beliefs that I hold:
I believe there is good in everyone, some just try to hide it.
I believe there is a reason for everything, it just may not be obvious at the time.
I believe that karma will always take matters in her own hands when she's good and ready.
I believe that everyone is capable of finding peace, we just need to overcome the idea that it does not exist.
I believe that words can sometimes get in the way of what you really want to say.
I believe that Mother Nature is as kind to you, as you are to her.
I believe that true friends see you for who you are, and love you anyways.
I believe that honesty is in fact the best policy, though it can sting in the end.
I believe that you achieve your own destiny, but the powers that be will give you a helping hand.
I believe that family is something to cherish, for they're the only ones you get.
I believe that friends are chosen, just not always by you.
I believe that true friendship is not talking for months, and picking up right where you left off every time you see or talk to each other again.
I believe that the mind is a sponge, and should be filled constantly lest it dry out.

An unforgivable act?

I know in Christianity, suicide is one of those unforgivable sins. But what about the Wiccan faith?
