I don't get involved in politics much. If you've read this blog for a while - or listened to my podcast over the last year - or even had the misfortune of talking to me face-to-face (LOL) -- you're quite aware of my stance on politics. So, last night I had a few trick-or-treaters...not very many. Like six. But they were all kids from around the block - though we have dozens upon dozens of kids here. Interestingly enough, not one of the kids at my door was a teenager. All six of them were from the local Elementary school. Which was great! I love seeing the little kids dressed up...one of them is a six-year old girl who lives up the street from me. Everytime I walk past the house, the parents will come out…

...just haven't been around in a while.
Currently, its raining lightly here (after raining all night) -- and my yard is extremely thankful. :)
My morning, so far, has been quiet....but not too productive. I have a paper I need to complete for my class, which I've been stalling on. Unfortunately, I can't stall much longer and really need to kick it into high gear. Plus, I have classwork that needs to be graded and returned to students by the end of the day…
