About Me:

Heather Millott is a Primitive Artist, living in historic Coal City. Her work reflects her love of vintage Halloween folk art. Her favorite medium being acrylics, she enjoys painting silhouettes of Witches, pumpkins, cats, moons and fairy's. Being an avid traveler, Salem Massachusetts is an annual stopping ground for her every October. Salem is an inspiration to her with its wonderful people, architecture, folklore, history and magick. Being a folk artist is something she has always aspired to be. She is a stay at home mother of 4 beautiful children.

I am a eclectic solitary witch who follows the stregaria path. There is much Celtic influence in my beliefs. I have been practicing seriously for 23 yrs. I read tarot as well, and run a primitive craft and folk art business. I am currently raising 4 beautiful children who I am teaching the same values of the pagan path. I have been doing geneology for years in order to trace my roots.

I am quiet, well read person who enjoys meeting many people of varied paths. I enjoy networking and talking to people. I am shamlessly addicted to primitives and Vintage Halloween folk art. I have 4 beautiful children, 2 boys and 2 girls. One child for each season, a summer, a autumn, a winter and a spring baby. Don't know how that worked out it just did. They make it extremely difficult to work, but very worthwhile to be here. I can't imagine life without them. I am constantly working on new projects which keeps me busy all the time, and I love meeting new people that I can make a lasting friendship with.

Likes

I love to read mostly non fiction but there is some worthy fiction as well. I love collecting Halloween art, primitives, antiques. I also collect any crow memorabilia and own over 300 tarot decks. I love to cook and celebrate the sabbats.

Dislikes

Religious intolerance, raisins (ick), and stepping in anything wet with my socks.

I love Celtic folklore and magick and arthurian legends, gardening, reading, cooking.
I have been an artist for 18 years and I love to create and craft pagan and witchy items. Vintage Halloween and folk art primitives are what I am addicted too, both making and collecting. I sell my wares on my website which just launched recently Witch Hollow Primitives Of course I sell on Ebay and Etsy as well. I belong to some wonderful artists groups as well. I love Halloween!

Happy New Year

Wow, I can't believe it is 2009 already. Where did all that time go, I must be getting old!
I hope that everyone had a very bright and blessed holiday season, and look forward to the new year ahead.
I have been taking some time off to spend with my little ones, building a couple of dollhouses for my girls for Yule and enjoying family and friends.
