I am having the nightmares again...

I go outside, I want to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. I sit down on the top step of my porch, nature is singing all around me. The birds are chirping, bee's are humming, and a woodpecker is banging a nearby tree. A gentle breeze and the warmth of the sun are carressing my skin. I feel all is good...

Going on a trip

Wednesday afternoon I am hitting the road!!! I may not be back for about 2 weeks and I am going to miss all my wonderful friends here! I will first go to a very dear friends house and spend 2 nights with her, then on Friday I go to my sisters house and stay 1 night, the next day, my sister and I will leave for the beach for 6 days

Cruel 'friends'

Some of you know the trama that I have been going through after my neighbor, and dear friend commited suicide by hanging himself in his garage on 7/7/07. Seeing him hanging there effected me extremely. I know he is ok now but the trama that I have been dealing with has affected my life in, to say the least, horribly. I started having severe migraines to the point that I am on short term disability from work. I am seeing a thearapist , and I have came very close to a breakdown.
