Made My Protective Poppet
That isn't it but it kind of looks like this one.
That was fun. I formed a little person out of black clay, his hair is long sort of like dreadlocks. Then I baked him for 15 minutes but I think it was a bit long. Why does this keep happening?
So yesterday was a bit intense for me. I remember that before bed I had not been feeling great, and my ears were ringing pretty bad. I've tried to ignore it. It's like my head is full of noise, real noise. And I did something different this time. Instead, I started a mantra. I knew that my thoughts were not collected and I'm kind of scattered. Good News, yet puzzling
I've marked the exact date of Spring Equinox/Ostara as the last time I had an attack&sleep paralysis. This seems to be that I am in tune with the cycles and in the winter-time I have these sleep attacks.
Today is May 6, 2009 and I have not had an attack for quite awhile. I wonder if it is something to do with the weather or with the spiritual aspect of the sun ruling over the darkness.
