Western Martial Meditation

About Me:

My real name is Thomas Goodwin. I am 58 and single. Due to mental abilities&disabilities that make me unique, I focus heavily on the spiritual in a creative nontraditional way. I have developed over a 30 year period my own astrology system without signs or houses that I uses as a spiritual tuning device. I also have developed my own type of meditative/mind-body exercises. I have used these to train myself spiritually to be able to handly very difficult and intense emotions very well, so that I can relate to and empathize with those who really struggle in this world, and also so that I can relate to the highly emotionally charged issues and problems od our times and those strongly affected by them.
