walking a faerie path
i consider myself very lucky to be living in an area full of faerie legend and folklore ... especially as that means i can quite literally follow a faerie path.
i pretty much spend all my spare time researching and visiting different faerie sites with the aim of understanding the nature of the fae. my profile pic is an image from one of these sites. there is a lot of wisdom in the ancient tales and an added bonus is that i discover beautiful places in the welsh countryside that i would never have come across otherwise. if you are interested in following my travels please add me on myspace .... http://www.myspace.com/faerietrails
recently i have also been guided to work with the essences of these sacred places, if and when the fae give their consent! (which they don't always). these may be used in meditation or magical workings to facilitate a deeper connection to the faerie realms. if these speak to you please message me here and i can let you know more about them.
when i'm not following the fae, i'm living a so called 'normal' life. i work with homeless people by day and am proud to say that i have developed a wildlife garden with them where there was once just derelict ground. people often describe the garden as a sanctuary and it's nice to know that i have helped bring a little nature into peoples lives.
i'd love to meet anyone here who shares my interest in the fae as i'm sure we'll have plenty to chat about. i wish you wonderful things.

a message to all my friends
sorry i haven't been in touch much recently - it's not for lack of trying.
i have tried to reply to your messages and comments but i just keep getting a 'you are not connected to the internet' message. this has been going on for days and is quite frustrating. i did wonder if it was a message from the universe but the strange thing is i'm probably feeling more 'connected' than i have done in a long time.... probably just gremlins in the works.
