Guy Fawkes Night.

I remember well as a child, enjoying the prospect of this night, where the Guy (figure stuffed with straw) was taken from house to house in the village (Llangwm) where I was partially raised. Each year we would go down to the field out back of a neighbours house to watch the bonfire blaze, where ol' Guido would once more be set upon the pyre. Such a brutal and bloody reminder of one of the most infamous failures of British history. Poor ol' Guy.
