Pyrite mirrors found in Snaketown of Arizona are believed to have come from Central Mexico. They were found in graves and were once worn as pectorals by the living. The wearers of ancient times believed them to be portals to the Underworld.
Simple one today my friends. Have a good one. Until our pathes cross again. Blessings.

And we take it a step further as we honor two special "stars" of Winter; the Norse Goddess Skadi, and the Norse God, Ullr.
Now, did you know that Scandinavia may have been named after the Goddess Skadi. Some theorize…

Self-trust is the first secret to success
-- Emerson -
So what is self-trust, really? Webster defines it as "self-confidence" while other dictionaries characterize it as "self-reliance" and "faith in one's self." All of these miss the precise mark to me. Cynthia Wall, author of The Courage to Trust, explains trust as a both a learnable skill, emotion and a choice to…Continue

...or is Pagan Space pretty much dead? Most of the members near me seem really inactive here on this site. And so do most of the groups with only a few exceptions. What do YOU think?
No talking about the weather or simply phoning it in today. No my friends I actually have somthing substantial to go on about this morning. My mother being released from the nursing home to be percise. Most likely the last time such will happen for her. It's great news in my opinion. Not so much her own my brother told me but I won't go into the exact details and bore you. For the moment I'm going to take it as nothing shy of great news. There was a point there afterall that I didn't think…Continue
I am a Druid. I hear the ancestors in the wind. I breathe in their ancient breath, feeling the sun upon my shoulders and the earth beneath my feet. I honour the spirits of nature around me, singing their soulsong in the twilight hours with the blackbird in the elder tree. I feel the spark of life dancing deep within as I gaze into the fire’s flame, carrying the warmth of the embers within. I drink in the waters of life, holding, sustaining, teaching of flow and release.

You are the only person on this planet with your ability, it may not be some…Continue
