I wrote chant/poems

While at the beach, I wrote these two thingies.  I live in the mountains, so they match.

O Goddess, God
Dance with me tonight
Dance on the sand
in the lapping waves
your ocean heals
your salt air fills my lungs
show me, please
the calm.

Oh Goddess, God
Dance with me today
Dance in the grass
in the dew of each blade
your mountains heal
your sweet air fills my lungs
show me, please
the calm.

TADA!!!

Darkness, my friend...

Hello, are you there?

My friend I am here, within your lair.

I come to you for knowledge and wisdom.

For half of this is your benevolent kingdom.

My lips whisper to you for your permission.

To seek your gift of life and precognition.

Sorry for how I treated you before.

I didn't know I needed but to open that closed door.

But, my friend, it is all now clear.

For I will not shutter and hide from you in fear.

The day would…

"Almost Safe"

Almost safe inside my sanctuary -

it's not that I'm afraid of solitude.

Yes, there is loneliness, but why delude

myself?  In my heart, I must stay wary.

People will hurt you once your guard is down.

Hurt upon hurt - it gets hard to repair.

Still, I find that, in the end, I do care.

With no lifebelt, I fear that I might drown.

I just don't know the answers anymore -

as if I ever did.  Does…

"Pastel Shades"

Hope sometimes comes to us

in pastel shades.

It isn't always

either

black or white,

or even grey.

I feel that hope,

when needed most,

will often be

revealed in

pastel shades.

to be as she

It is a night of dark desire, a song of ethereal pain,

wolves vent their loneliness. The eternal one

stirs.

Wisps of death shrouds her brooding form,

an everlasting agony.

Her midnight hair cascades over

pale and delicate shoulders, and her

Memento Mori

Ah me, that my heart has lost thee.

Thine eyes shone through

so powerfully,

welling with tears-

the undeniable

shaking experience

of such illness, lingering

within thine soul.

Thy darkest demons

stole thee away from me.

I shall capture thee,

forever within memory.

Composed as Deaths'

darkest bride,

thy eyes remain

shut to me forever.

The storm is life

Water flows, winds throw,

the earth resounds, and fire glows;

Power abounds.

Have not yet decided if this would make a decent haiku or poem.

love doll

He gave her breath of life.

She had feelings in her heart.

Unexplainable emotions.

It felt right from the start.

But he let the air out.

Then he put her away.

Put on a shelf, to use another day.

She knew she was alive.

But he didn't see her that way.

She was just a love doll.

Seen only in a sexual way.

Welcome to the land of Mother Goose

So, this is a poem I wrote a while back, but it's been spinning around in my head for a while now. Just need to get it out.

Welcome to the land of Mother Goose

Where the Goblins, they run loose

And the Demons come to play

To where the children run away

Welcome now unto this land

Where it's home to the severed hand

And with cold blood, the rivers run

To where it's all in Morbid fun

Welcome now into my dreams

Where the night is pierced by… Continue

RED

Red is the color I see as you pass by me, red is the color of sex.

My thoughts linger in the air that you breath, I whisper

"can it be ?"can my love be so strong for thee that sexuality play no role? I imagine that it can't be... but the truth prevails, I love you no matter what I see.

A fairly tall, brown skinned man, is it mad To deny my feelings for this man? Society sure does think so, but in the mist of judgment there is a few who refuse to deny their love and some day I… Continue

Witch

The magic that flows in our veins, both black and white. When we’re furious, the winds shift, the clouds darken, the waves roar, the ground rumbles like our anger. Pray that we don’t seek revenge because our fury is poison like the ivy weed or and the wasps sting, your life may fall at our will with a simple word or spark of a candle. We understand our law and fee. When we’re loved the sun shines and the birds chirp. We will heal a room of negativity, we will heal your soul from depression, we… Continue
