Integration, Kundalini & Ascension
Now is a time of integration on many levels of
our beingness. For one, we are now more than ever before
able to harness more of our spiritual essence into our
physical form. We are also integrating all of the newer,
more intense energies that are available to us.
Our light quotient has greatly increased making our light
bodies brighter than ever & filled with immense love
from the Creator.
As we are ascending in our consciousness we are dropping
the 3rd & 4th dimensional way of thinking, acting & being.
We are accelerating into higher dimensional awareness
at record speeds. With that also comes acceleration
of ascension symptoms for many individuals.
This is preparing our physical bodies in adjusting
to the increased energy & integration process.
Our medicine helpers & guides are working hard to attune
us to these frequencies.
We are going through periods of growth that are exerting
much of our physical energy. Like a butterfly trapped
in it's coccoon awaiting to fly, we too are in a holding
pattern awaiting for the time in which we can fully
function again. We are becoming conscious of our
consciousness & it supercedes anything we've ever known
before because we have processed so much of the past
that any dross remaining has finally begun to fall off.
There is much that we cannot remember from the past,
for our minds have expanded beyond the reality we
experienced during certain times.
Throughout the years we've watched ourselves go through
many processes that have left us speechless & confused.
Alchemically we have changed, so we too go through
transformation with varying stages. One of those that we
have endured over the past few years is that of decay.
And through that process everything around us seemed
to be going downhill at some point; often times hitting
rock bottom. But like the phoenix rises from the ashes,
we too rise above & beyond our circumstances &
forge ahead. Entering into another process of course.
Always we undergo processes within processes;
neverending continually ascending as we go.
Daily we are being bombarded with more waves of energy,
each growing in it's intensity. Often times we are unable
to fully process this new energy leaving us feeling off
balance & aloof. During this time we are undergoing
a period of cleansing & purification on very deep levels
of our beingness as the kundalini further rises burning
through the debris within each chakra.
Now is an opportune time to be focusing upon cleansing
& realigning your chakras. Meditating on this
frequently will greatly help the kundalini's accent
upwards by clearing the channels the energy must flow.
It is when it comes up against blockages do we then
experience pain physically because of the energetic force
that is tunneling it's way through our very core.
One way that we can help to redirect that energy
is by utilizing our creativity; in that way, we are
channeling that energy into something else therefore
lessening the pain. We are dealing with pure raw energy
that is growing stronger by the day within each of us
awakening further as we continually ascend forward
in our evolutionary process.
Anything that brings you pleasure & joy should be
where you channel your energy. Whether it's a hobby,
taking leisurely walks, planting a garden or playing
with your pets. The fact is this energy can be positively
channeled into every aspect of your life if you allow it
to be. It's all in the attitude in which we view things
& allowing ourselves to truly enjoy each waking moment.
Another thing we can channel our energy into is the
improvement of our current relationships. Of course there
are going to be those who still have yet to end out-dated
relationship & will be called upon during the months
to come to release them in order to move forward.
But the other relationships in our lives that are healthy
& nurture our growth will be deepened tremendously on
levels not previously felt before.
Lots of heart chakra activity as we are being
forced to emmanate more love, express more love,
feel more love & simply be love. Our upper body chakras
will be the most affected over the coming months as we
prepare ourselves for this ever increasing energy.
The clearer our chakras become the more we are able
to house more of our spiritual essence into our physical
form & a stronger reflection of our true self will emerge.
Releasing is a form of cleansing & when we reach
periods of time that seem to come up against brick
walls everywhere we turn there is usually something we
are not letting go of in our life. Whether it's an
unhealthy relationship, attitude or belief doesn't matter,
we need to take stock of what is flowing synchronistically
into our life & what is holding us back. Releasing on
one level influences other levels of our beingness.
That is why working on cleansing the chakras is so
important because it assists the process by helping us
to identify what is blocking us & thus energetically
working on removing that blockage so that the energy
may be free flowing rather than obstructed & unbalanced.
By developing a positive, healthy attitude & imbuing
our life with passion & joy we can experience new
levels of being that support our ascension. When we
are filled within with emotional debris & inner clutter
we experience more chaos & conflict within our lives.
Thus cutting ourselves off from our true power within
& life force.
No matter whether we live life happily or filled
with chaos the energy will still be ensuing &
we will still be undergoing various processes.
The reality of our life is based upon how we choose
to experience it based upon our outlook & attitude.
The areas we put the most focus will be the ones we
experience the most. Some get caught into the trap
of being focused on their pain all the time & cannot
move beyond that. That is because all the energy is
being focused on just the pain. Same goes for negative
thinking the more focus put upon negative thinking,
the more negative things we tend to experience.
It's all in the focus of the energy at hand.
Nowadays with the intensity of higher energies it is
imperative that we remain in as positive frame of mind
as possible because of the powerful manifestions our minds
can create. This will be an important factor in months
to come as we will begin seeing more representations of our
energy at work manifesting things into our lives. This is
where we become more conscious of our consciousness,
our thoughts & our attitudes.
As the energies persist we can be more prepared for them
by continually working on ourselves to be more love &
light filled. Releasing anything we have failed to let go
of in the past that holds us back & discipling ourselves
to remain positive minded.
Our ability to communicate telepathically will also be
enhanced over the coming months with many more being
able to connect with each other on heightened levels.
As we attune ourselves to others energies we will be
much more connected to them & able to communicate more
effectiently in various ways.
More experiences of our multi-dimensional beingness &
out-of-body experiences as we are able to now travel
even further than before. Many may find themselves
having daytime visions or journeying out-of-body while
fully awake. This may occur spontaneously at times.
Do not become fearful of the experience; understand it
for what it is. We are more physically aware of your
spiritual essence & this is just part of the process.
These are just a few examples of things to come with
the upcoming energies & those that are at play now.
As the kundalini ascends there are a myriad of
possibilities of symptoms that may be experienced but at
the same time it unlocks latent talents & abilities which
we may begin to see surfacing in the very near future.
Lately we have been at a state of rest awaiting on the time
to move forward. Soon that time will be at hand.
Until then, listen to your body & if you are drawn
