Update...

Episode #1 is now scheduled to hit the internet on Leap-Day!!! Currently, the theme/bumper music is being written and recorded. I have a spiral notebook that is rapid filling up with topics, ideas, and one-liners for the show. I am just waiting for the new microphone to arrive before I get cracking on the meat of this whole venture. As soon as they are ready, I will be sending promo clips out to everyone who has already requested one, and to those who would like one.

Also, what microphone did you buy? I am thinking of making my book, The Heart of a Fox, into a podcast and I am trying to decide which microphone will be best.

The real bummer is I have a wonderful G4 Laptop, but a little glitch in OS 10.4 disables the microphone port on the older Macs (like mine) and that means I can't use my laptop to record the MP3. So far, Apple hasn't come out with a fix (other than to buy a new Apple laptop-of course :P)
