Wind, Rain and Floods, oh my!
Last night was a very strange and surreal night. Severe weather moved all across the state and the sirens actually went off here. Of course, T and I, being the rednecks we are, sat on the front porch and watched it. We could SEE the severe storm move across the city, less than 5 blocks from us, but we barely got any fierce winds or heavy rain from it. I tried to film it, but it was just too damn dark.
Before that, I went out and did some photographs at the dam. The water level is still SO high. The access door to the dam is under water. The sandbars are gone and the water is creeping up on the campsites again.
