2012 Michigan Pagan of the Year
Congratulations to Our 1st Winner of the 2012 Michigan Pagan of the Year David Trexler AKA “Merlyn“
In 2001 Tempest Smith took her own life because of her faith, it was then that Merlyn founded “Witches of Michigan” also known as WOM. Creating a safe place for like faith members to have, free from bullying and abuse. Today has grown to hundreds of members, and holds a monthly gathering to celebrate life. WOM donates to local charities and sponsors events. Merlyn is a Patriarch in the Pagan community always giving of his time and wisdom.
This will be a annual presentation at the Midwest Witches Ball, more information will be forthcoming on how to nominate someone for this award
