3 Days without power - getting caught up...UGH

South Jersey was hit hard by the perfect storm Friday Night, one storm came in from the east and hit another one coming in from the west; it was intense...ugh We have lots of big downed trees in the back yard (insurance company is supposed to be here in a day or so) - one almost took out our work shed - we had to chainsaw our way in to the doors... :|

Anyway :) We lost power Saturday morning and didn't get it back until last night... Luckily, we have a pool, so to beat the heat & make the best of a crappy situation, we had friends over (everyone was without power and a lot of people still are) - grilled out and swam for days... It was like a 3 day pool party...lol Yesterday, we had a pool party and then took the jet boat out on the bay to a private beach (no lights might as well have fun...lol)

I'm trying to get caught up, I haven't even begun to go through everything but I am going to be working day and night trying to reply to everyone and everything.

I hope everyone has an awesome week, mine is much better now that we have power...lol Seriously, yesterday morning I got up, swept all the floors, mopped them and then was hand washing our clothes in the sink and hanging them out, my life was beginning to feel like a scene from Little House on the Prairie...LOL
