Merry Meet Everyone,

I wanted to take some time to give a warning about a company that I've recently ordered from. This company is aliexpress.com I ordered this poster

My roomate ordered another poster from the same company for me. 

Both posters had Missing Colors and the unicorn had colors that were spilling all over. 

First this company makes you open a dispute and they only give you two options to return or refund. They don't give you the choice to just have the missing diamonds sent to you.

It's a big hasel to get them to do anything for you. The poster that my roomate got for me is likely going to get a full replacement. Which if I had, had the same experience I wouldn't be writing this.

They after all the hassel of trying to give evidence that the diamonds wheren't there as best as I could they told me they would give no return and no refund for the 60.00 poster I ordered. 

I will never order from that company again.

I have a wonderful Caregiver who found a place where I can buy the colors that are missing from my poster.

So if you ever need replacement Diamonds this is where to go.

My Advice is no matter how much you want a poster from Aliexpress don't do it. They are a misserable company to try and get problems fixed with you can't even just call them.

Good to see you got the replacement. Very poor customer service though it clearly states a refund/replacement policy. You could report them to the Better Business Bureau.

£60 seems a bit expensive to me. If the poster you got yourself had any parts which you WERE able to use that is not a total loss. But you could do without the hassle when the goods you received were damaged. The company you bought from should have asked you for emailed photos of the damaged product (as proof of the damage) then sent you a replacement without argument. Sounds like their customer service sucks.

Totally by coincidence, I did a Bing search on the term "Chinese goods," and this was the top of the list: www.aliexpress.com/all-wholesale-products.html

That's very interesting that they come up first on the list. 

In the process of opening a "dispute" I did have to provide Photo evidence which clearly wasn't enough. How do you prove that out of hundreds of packets of diamonds there is 1 color missing? I guess that is in the eye of the beholder as I had a very different responce on my purchase then my roomate did with her faulty product.
