Bad bad news
I found out this morning that my 26 yr old daughter died. It was 8 days before they found her. She'd been extremely ill but apparently no one new just how bad it was. She's going to be cremated after the autopsy and I'll be getting some of her ashes and a copy of the autopsy report.

I just visited your site and am terribly sorry about your daughter. I know what it is to lose someone so close. My granddaughter died in 2006, suddenly, from an auto accident. The shock is so hard to cope with. Don't stop anything you normally do or the grief will consume you. I have been where I could not get out of a chair for hours. My heart felt as if it would explode.
I finally knew I had to move around or plant flowers or something to pull myself out of the depression.
Please, Please, if you need someone to talk to, I am here. I will just listen or talk, whatever you need. Don't isolate yourself. You need moral and physical support to keep your balance.
