Damariscotta Update
Dear Everyone
I've had a good week except for Wed when I got into an argument with the people I rent a room from. I enjoyed work as usual and also my doctor's appointment. I discussed my break up and also the fear I have of being in a car after the accident so I am doing EMDR for it. I've been more irritable and angry than usual... partially because of my break up but also the accident. It's frustrating not being my own guardian. Nobody seems to take me seriously.
Otherwise I've enjoyed going to AA meetings, meeting with my sponsor and such. I celebrated the dark moon last weekend at my parents online with a friend. I watched them take the sail boat out of the barn and put the mast on it to get it ready for launching. They launched it that day which was exciting. My parents and I will be going to the Blues Festival in Rockland on the boat. Plus I am going to go to the Pirate Parade in Damariscotta. I can't wait. I've also been volunteering at the Pemaquid Watershed Association.
