Do Not Give It Away

Moving through each day can be often overwhelming. Since choice plays such a big part in your participation, it is important to be clear when making decisions.

Nothing confuses the universe (your reality) more than indecisiveness.

Now, when all the dense physical energy suddenly descends upon you, how does one do that?

First of all, always allow in yourself a bit of breathing room. Push back upon the forces that would consume your energy and corner you into a thoughtless decision.

A brief pause of breath will allow you to separate fact from fiction. And yes, anytime there is difficulty there is always a certain level of fiction created by the ego. By stepping back one can create a clear vision. If that becomes difficult, change the linear environment for a stronger push.

You are in charge of your reality. There may have been some moments where you allow others to take control. Ultimately that cannot continue. Take steps to rectify even if they are small ones. Do not leave room for others to dictate how it goes.

Pause.

Take a breath.

Consider all choices.

Do not look for the most comfortable choice.... look for the boldest one.

Then choose with your own energy. This free will environment is a gift. Do not give it away.

Take back your life and choose from your own soul. Not someone else's.

In that awareness, your guides have the ability to help you.
