FIRST OPERATION: prepare the golemunculus Create a sigil on a small piece of parchment, this sigil should be based on your name. Include any extra seals, or intents that you desire. These could be a purpose, sigilspells to aid in its duties, or empower it further, or to empower it to work on your behalf as an agent etc. Any thing you want/need the construct to do, put it on this scroll.
Roll/fold the scroll up as small as is practical/convenient/desired.
Get out the parts you will be using for the brain, heart, whatever other organs you'll be giving your golemunculus. These should be enchanted between black and white candles and given the breath of life. After enchanting, anoint with appropriate oils and bodily fluids (must be yours, this is for you, this ties the organs of the golemunculus to you).
Gather all of the disparate parts so far, the folded scroll, the organs, and the clay for the construct.
Begin construction of the golemunculus. Building around the scroll and organs, all while continuously working in small amounts of some bodily substance (blood, spit, semen, skin, etc)
Once completed, rub with dressing oils and a last application of bodily fluids.
Breathe into the golemunculus while holding an image of it alive and strong in your mind.
Repeat the breath of life a number of times, the more it is done, the more powerful the construct will be.
SECOND OPERATION: conjuring the golemunculus
Wrap the golemunculus in a black cloth. And place it between black and white candles.
One final breath of life, this time while holding a strong image of the golemuculus in a black viscous embryo.
Shake the bells gently over the embryonic cloth containing the golemunculus, while whispering a call for it to come forth and live. Each repetition of the call should be louder and more forceful.
Carefully place the embryonic golemunculus in a dark place.
THIRD OPERATION: nurturing the golemunculus

Each day, for thirty days, remove the embryonic golemunculus, repeat the steps of the second operation. In addition, each day, 'feed' the golemunculus with a bit of milk and sweet honey applied to the embryo.
At the end of the thirty days, remove the golemunculus from the embryo, and bury the embryo cloth.
At end of the full operation, you will have a potent golemunculus, ready to act as a spiritual familiar, high function servitor, astral golem, and homunculus-poppet.
Keep it well cared for, sleep it in a dark place, feed it strong liquor, milk, and sweet honey.
DISMISSAL AND DESTRUCTION:
To destroy and dismiss the golemunculus, call it forth. Dismiss it, formally saying that you no longer recognize it, and no longer desire it.
Destroy the construct body, remove the scroll and burn it. Bury the body of the golemunculus where you buried it's embryo cloth.
