Had a large colon polyp removed

I had a large colon polyp removed yesterday. I felt normal after the colonoscopy and came home did laundry in the basement. So nothing super strenuous. Then I felt cramped and bloated at 8:30. Drank tea and it helped. It wore off early am, and felt cramped and bloated again, had more water and cramps went away. I've been trying to drink lots of water, and eat some small regular meals. I am still bloated. My little dog tried to jump on my stomach and it hurts. When I laugh I hurt some. How long before feeling normal? Has anyone else gone through this? I finally went number 2 but very little but it's better than none.
