Living a Magickal Life or,using The Arts instead of the Real World Tech????

Maybe this seems odd to some folks,but as a Magickian,I am so used to utlizing the Arts to do things,some simple things most folks do in the real world ways.

Take for instance,I am too scaredy-cat to call up certain friends/crushes.

I do this "psychic telephone" thing whereby I assign a candle to someone and "have them call me" instead.(This works even if I don't have a phone,I did this in Hollywood a lot!)

Well today I have a candle going,because I have a chance to go up to New York City (it is Pride Week),and I was invited to go watch the parade Sunday.But I also wanna go to a dance party on the pier that is Saturday Night and I sure don't intend to buy a 500 dollar hotelroom!(NYC is very very expensive and I am notoriously frugal).

So I hope to attract somehow,a place to crash and shower,and be safe of course.

My Mom thinks I'm nuts for wanting to GO to NYC "in this heat".But I LOVE the summer.(Well not the sun,as I am allergic to it plus the retinol skin treatments make sun even more dangerous,that means no ocean swimming this year sadly).

One of my friends says I should take an ad out in Craislist but I don't wanna meet an axe murderer.

Strange that none of my NYC folks offered me crash space but I'm not about to go begging.(NYC isn't like Hollywood in that regard.In Hollywood I'm often a street urchin or I was....)

Bottom line is,some of us are I think,naturally "wired" to live a 24/7 Magickal Life...it's not a crutch (that's what drugs are for *smirk*) (btw I'm 10 years clean of chemicals and 7 years alcohol free) (Still a pothead though but hey never said I was perfect!)

Maybe I'm not the only witch who lives this way????
