Wow!
I can't believe the 1st one was in 2007 and now after a fine, break inbetween we'll be having another one this year! Jan 15/16 2011.
I hope that this will be something that will happen every year, or even 2 times a year!
-Workshop on how to make Mead, it's so cool!
-Workshop on how to make Krupnikas, it sure warms the bones!
The Q&A with the Mead makers and taste testing will be good too!

-Not everyone who was with us in 2007 will be with us 2011, but some new faces will be welcome.
I can see this growing into a unique event. Truly a mini-festival.
Being that I use mead in many of my rituals, I'm glad that there is such joy in sharing it during the ritual and no headaches as some wines leave behind.
I wish that we could produce more mead for our friends, because it truly is better than the 'shelf stuff' that is labelled as honey wine; it's infused with sulfites and sometimes even wine.! Yuck!
It gets better with age! If you can keep yourself from drinking it all.
