I breathe in the Mabon air and clairity fills my soul

with every breath I am taken into a trance

all is gone but I remain

my heartbeat is the music

the blood that courses through my veins

is the river that flows without a care

I am the Earth

I am the Tree

I am the Sky

I am the Sea

I am the Moon

I am the Stars

I am the Sun

I am Mars

I melt away from the physical

and become the Spirit

I am all things

and all things are me

Meditation is the Key

now turn the knob and be set free.
