The Angel

Sunday night I had a vivid dream.  The dream takes place in my backyard.  I am outside helping a flock of little birds escape a larger bird of prey.  I was successful in chasing the large bird away so the little ones were safe.  As soon as the little birds settled down to feed in the grass, I saw way up in the sky a white shimmering image.  The image formed into a translucent white being with wings and long long flowing hair...it was slowly flying closer and closer to me.  It finally stopped in mid-air and solidified.  I could see that the image was of an incredibly beautiful angelic being.  Just then, the being threw something down towards me, I stretched out my left hand and caught a silver wand.  I looked back up in the sky and saw the angelic being turned translucent again and began to slowly rise back up to the clouds, it didnt speak but I heard in my head that the silver wand was a gift for saving the birds.  I woke up and wrote the dream down in my journal.  Of course I immediately wanted to interpret it..lets see I just finished harvesting bird seed from my garden for the winter birds, maybe it was that...or maybe it could be because a couple of weeks ago we chased away a hawk from the chicken coop across the street and saved the neighbors chickens from being dinner...yup, it must have been something to do with all of that.  Later that day the bf and I went to the American Legion for a beer.  I  began playing some rip-off gambling tickets ($1 chance to win something).  I see off to my right a white figure walk behind the bf and me, I turn my head to the left to see who it is but no one was there.  Just as I turn my head back to the bar I see in my hand that I opened up a winning ticket, it was for $500.  I couldnt help but think the angel was there to tell me the true gift has arrived!  I couldnt believe it, I had just spent almost $600 to fix my truck and I was wondering how I would get my finances back in order.  Its nice to know that there are angels watching after me...
