Where to buy kava

Anybody know any whole food/drug stores where I can buy this besides GNC and online? I need it to treat a sleeping disorder, nothing more (definitely not taking it for the psychoactive kavalactones which only give you a mild euphoria).

I doubt that the retail pharmacies in my area will have anything like that.
