Thanks, I think the wirlwind and the cave will help. With the ex-friend - well I've moved away, but we were spiritually bonded and I was able to feel her emotions miles away - esp negative ones. Well the bond is broken - I feel it's gone, but she doesn't realize that she broke it. Anyway, enough of that. Thanks for the advice.

I know she was at friends house....

I wish i had such good support ... Sadly I did not... had spirtual support . But none of my friends understood being all single and wth out kids.....

What I have done with my husband who is one of the strongest psi vamps I know and he does it unknowingly. I wear a protection necklace (I chose garnet and onyx) and place a mirror on it with the person's name written on the back. I was fortunate I had one of the geode necklaces that are shaved geodes you can buy that they put the clasps on and sell at most museums. I took a craft mirror and placed it on the back of that geode piece and glued it there and it looked beautiful and helped tremendiously. I'm fortunate in that I can face my husband and tell him to lock down his shields he's bleeding everywhere and he can do a lot of it. But there are times when he just can't and this has been my saving grace.
