Help with private messages!!!

i'm sending out private messages and they are not showing up in my sent list. Does this mean the messages are not being sent, therefore not being received???
Help, help, help please!!
i've sent 2 messages to Starrfire, gotten no response which i thought odd. That made me look in the sent list. Not there!!!

I just received a message and replied, I'm not sure why you cannot see your sent messages unless (unsure) your mailbox is possibly full. If not I'll get you the information to report this to the network.
