We don't let him watch much, if any, TV. For my husband's part, it's because it slows brain development in babies. For my part, now at least... yeah, this is pretty startling.

My husband has been getting on my case, accusing me of fearmongering. (Wow... I actually make sure the windows in my son's room are LOCKED. Hoodyhoo.) Mostly because of my stance on vaccinations (we had another "discussion" about that last night), but also because I'm careful who I trust around my kid, and make sure that I do things like lock the screen door if I have the main door open. For someone who bought a T-Shirt that says "you are being lied to" from this site http://www.disinfo.com/content/ , he sure is a trusting soul!

Anyway, I look forward to catching up more on this conversation.
