Just a simple witch, animal lover and follower of a ecclectic path. Enjoys learning and sharing as well as working both solitary and group
I was blessed with a rather pagan and open to all thngs family that encouraged learning and experiencing various paths. I was always very much a nature driven witch and often prefered it to humanity. But then I grew up and found there was somethings and some people that were worth knowing loving and enjoying sharing friendship with.

I spent few years managing a wonderful shop in NE ohio and even had a small newsletter for five years. I have been most lucky other then a few brief bumps no real anger came my way for my open beleifs.

I am parent and animal staff - we dont own them we are just staff you know. Editor of Mt Echoes a small newsletter my group puts out and also crafts evrything. Tarot and Rune reader for two decades...wow I just realized that is a long time there. Time does tend to fly right by you !

Also belong to a great group - 15 years running - paranormal research or ghost hunting . We have enjoyed great investigations and lots of wonderful adventures. Mansfield reformatory ROCKS!

I tell everyone I was born a few hundred years to late. I am also getting back into the SCA and looking forewards to fun and adventure there as well. That is one of my favourite time periods.

Culture myself I am irish scottish and french. The french came in when the Duke of Warrs claimed lands in scotland and well eventually bred into the clan as it were. It is funny - With all that scottish and irish it became possible because of a frenchman LOL.

I love planting and growing things as well. Though not all plants work for me but I am learnings. Though I can make philadedrons cover a house!

Very much a natural bare bones witch - give me a stick and a stone and I am off to work and weave.

Favorite Books

The list of faves would be longer then the time to type. I adore reading and absorb alot. Sometimes its more of a old friend those books then most people can be.

I love to read hands down try to at least 5 books a week. Always was a bit of a book witch as far as I love to read anything. Fiction non fiction- cereal boxes ( kidding) I enjoy research and history but also love learning via literary sense about various paths and their cultures .

I am literally a research fanatic. Its a passion and a curse of course. But I have found alot that held weight for me and alot the had the weight of a pile of dung. Well balanced all in all.

I read whatever feels enriching, tend to blend and merge what I learn on my own path. I create most of what I use and enjoy doing so for others. Though solitary usually I have worked with a few people that I have known for a long time.

I also work with aimals and am a firm beleiver in making what differences I can in my way.I have never had a time in my life I was not surrounded by animals. My own personal being wolf - can you just tell- and horse. Though times have had a few others when that need came.

I enjoy music and am an avid rainstick user but I have yet to take up drumming though I wish to. I love anything that moves you and my taste in music is extreme in its ecclectic choices.

While I follow my path - witch - I also study others and enjoy that diversity. Adding to my own encourages growth.

Hobbies

Crafting and writing, animals, research, Paranormal studies. I read everything and love to create. I also have a great respect for life. I enjoy camping and taking part in community activities. I am a mother though they are all adults now and am somewhat protective of them. SCA of course - love it immensely! [ society for creative anachronisms ]

I create . Constantly I love crafting and will and usually do make what I need for rituals and to have in case another has a need. Got the nick name 911 witch for along time because if someone was out of something I tended to have it.

I have a gorgeous travel kit and now a small altar. I dont usually like to leave without a few things. You never know what comes up when you are not close to home.

Painting and sculpting both new hobbies at the momemt, I also make jewelry and sew. I cant cook- that is my one never could do for nothing.

Heroes

Heroes - nothing so great I fear - my dad for facing death the way he did even though it claimed him .
A list of friends who know who they are - for living their lives in spite of all life throws at them.
My children for learning the only way that they can and acknowledging that hey mom was right sometimes!
Myself. for it is within us to inspire ourselves before others can.

Likes

Creativity, sharing , learning and teaching. Animals , my family both blood and those bonds forged in friendship that are just as thick. Reading. music dance and forests. The ocean and the roar of storms breath . Beauty that is not of the norm but what comes from within.

Dislikes

Abuses of all sorts. Liars and those who enable the behavior.I have major pet peeves . I admit that. I have zero tolerance for fools and less for those who have nothing better to do then to pick fights.

I have little time for lack of respect and even less for those who take advantage of new people . I am a hard ass when it comes to certain things. Chidlren and protection , animals and protection. friends and family.

Crossing those will most assuredly bring out the worst in me swiftly.
